THE PYRAMID - My Sacred Mountain

Almost without fail each morning as I open our bedroom curtains, my heart expands with wonder and appreciation at the sheer beauty of the scene I behold. On particularly special days, when the sky is clear, the wind still, and the sun bathes the landscape, I find myself saying out loud… ‘This is Paradise – we already live in Paradise’. One thing which makes Cairns so beautiful, is the majestic sweep of the mountains right down to the ocean shore. Our home is positioned quite high up one of these mountain slopes, so from the balcony, it’s easy to imagine you are floating on a platform above the treetops!

The most mesmerising feature of this view for me is a mountain called ‘The Pyramid’, positioned smack bang in the centre of this magnificent vista. From the moment we moved in here almost four years ago, this perfectly shaped Pyramid mountain has intrigued me. Some days, under a cloudless sky, it looks just like a perfectly formed Ancient Egyptian pyramid…

On other days, it could be an active volcano… smoke plumes issuing from the top of its firey crater…

On other days when it’s wreathed in wispy clouds, you can imagine yourself looking at a peak in the Himalayas!

And then there are days when, obscured by thick tropical rain clouds it simply disappears, as if some cosmic magician has completely erased its existence!

From Day 1, I felt there was something really special about this striking natural structure, and so I named it my Sacred Mountain. I’ve since learnt that ‘Walsh’s Pyramid’ as it’s also known, is the largest natural pyramid in the world.

Every morning when possible, I do my morning practice before leaving the bedroom. As I go through this combination of movement, prayer and channelling of the ‘Sounds of Sirius’, my eyes are always locked on The Pyramid which through the window, seems to hover above the leafy treetops. At times, there seems to be more much traffic in the air than on the ground!! Butterflies, bees, dragonflies and birds of all shapes, sizes and hue, fly in and out of my eyeline usually at breathtaking speed, reminding me that as a human, I am well and truly earthbound!

On a number of occasions during these morning practices, I’ve felt my connection with the Pryamid intensify to a point where I’ve ‘seen’ a sort of tunnel of energy between myself and the mountain. Each time this has happened, I've been aware of pairs of birds, flying repeatedly in and out of this unseen tunnel, adding credence to the existence of a powerful pathway of energy there.

About 8 weeks ago, my lower back and hips went into major lockdown! Nothing I did to try to alleviate the pain, spasm and rotation seemed to help – exercise, massage, acupuncture – nothing worked. I try to operate from the principle that ‘there are no accidents’ so I consciously began to look for the message carried within the pain. Eventually, I reached an understanding that one of the main reasons and purposes of this physical challenge, was a call from my soul to surrender, and allow myself time to go into an inner retreat.

As I began to let go of the many daily work anxieties and activities, allowing myself more time to contemplate, meditate and do ceremony, I was rewarded by the unfoldment of some magical and powerful shamanic journeys. Frequently, I’d wake up in the morning channelling as I emerged from sleep, still in that twilight zone between worlds. This would be accompanied by intense energy downloads, felt in a very physical way within my body. One morning, I had a vision of my whole spine and skeletal structure changing to crystal, as the energy charge flowed through me.

I tried not to question or analyse too much what was happening, but to just trust, let go and surrender to the process. There is great vulnerability pain - one feels one is not in control. In moments such as these however, I realized that the pain was indeed a gift whose purpose was to slow me down, in order that I might experience these moments of transformation and growth with absolute immediacy.

Throughout this time of retreat, the connection with my Sacred Mountain also seemed to grow stronger. I’d find myself fixated on the mountain and thinking with certainty, “There’s something really, really important in that mountain – not just to me, but to the bigger scheme of things.”

A few days after Christmas, I again woke up channelling. The moment my eyes fell on the Pyramid, I had an immediate, compelling and uncompromising knowing that, “Today, I have to go there.” This was the first time in four years I’d felt the need to do anything but gaze on this beautiful structure, so I knew that what was about to unfold would be very significant. There was no question in my mind that I was about to undertake a sacred journey. I prepared myself therefore, by doing a very thorough cleansing ceremony involving the Four Elements, particularly fire and water, after which I anointed myself with Francincense and other sacred oils.

There was a feeling of great purpose and urgency to the task at hand, and I knew no obstacle or disturbance would obstruct what was in train. I knew too, that I would be quite specifically guided, and would find a way to enter the mountain, despite the fact that until now, I’d only ever gazed on it from afar. Which of course, is what happened…it was as if a kind of inner magnetic radar pulled me in exactly the right direction, each step of the way.

The first thing I saw upon entering the mountain, were the many very large Rock People there.

Can you see the face profile in the big one at the front - the closed eye and the smile on his face? He actually looks like he's sleeping peacefully!

Seeing these huge Stone Henge-like boulders, immediately brought back memories of the incredible experiences of my recent visit to Lake Tahoe and Mt Shasta, last June. In both these places, my friend Jill Stevenson annacenturia.com and myself were urgently guided off the road on several occasions, only to find groups of powerful Rock People there. The first time I became consciously aware of giant Rock People such as these, had been in Sedona. The landscape in Sedona is alive with faces - Ancient ones looking down on you from the extraordinary Red Rock Canyon vortexes. Few people who visit Sedona are left untouched by the power and energy of the place.

In Lake Tahoe and Mt Shasta, I had felt exactly the same magnetic sense of urgency as on this morning, when my gaze had fallen on The Pyramid. As Jill and I ran up towards those massive, imposing Rocks, I immediately began to sing to them and speak to them in Light Language and then in English, telling them to ‘Wake up, Wake up’!! It was absolutely clear to me that, within these megalithic rocks, rested powerful Spirit Guardians who, perhaps for eons, have been holding and protecting the energies of Mother Earth in that place. Now it was time for them to become active again. I found myself calling to them with great urgency - climbing on them, stroking them, hitting them gently and affectionately, urging them to, ‘Wake up Dear Ones, wake Up….the time is now…wake up Dear Ones wake up!” These were powerful moments that I think Jill and I will never forget.

On relating these experiences to a beautiful women we met in Mt Shasta on that same visit, we were given a revealing insight into their possible meaning. Karen Sheeks, http://shastalight.com who is an Intuitive, Clairvoyant and Medium, told us a story which confirmed our own feelings about these Spirit Guardians. Legend has it she says, that some 12,000 years ago, members of the Galactic Federation of Star Nations visited the earth. At the conclusion of their time here, some decided to return to the Stars, some integrated with Earth beings and some went into the stones. The Beings who reside in these stones, need the stimulus from a human interaction, to know that it is time to become active again.

And now, here in The Pyramid, I knew I was looking at similar powerful Beings!

As I allowed myself to be led into the mountain, I found the ground covered in large chunks of milky mother quartz, just lying there on top of the earth.

As I moved further in, I found huge boulders of Quartz……

as well as river-like outcrops peaking up through the ground….

All the while as I walked, I was singing and talking to the Rock People, to the earth, the trees, and to the flying things in that place, Although the ground was very overgrown and could well have been hiding snakes or any number of the other deadly creatures that inhabit this tropical Australian outpost, I felt completely protected and safe in surrendering to my body’s inner knowing of where I needed to go.

The joy of realizing that I was treading on a mountain of pure crystal was immense. I’ve always believed that one of the reasons I was drawn to live in this region of Australia is because it is part of the Ancient continent of Lemuria. Feeling the energy of that crystal mountain in that moment, served to reinforce that belief.

Having felt the sacred purpose of this journey before I set out, I had come prepared with some basic tools for ceremony - food offerings for the nature spirits, along with other special things I could carry on my person, in pockets and around my neck! I found myself led to a small clearing within the deep thicket. This space, which seemed to form a perfect natural altar, was flanked by a high, curved red clay bank, peppered with quartz.

The many chunks of quartz strewn all over the ground and the beautiful wild flowers that fringed the clearing, seemed to offer themselves willingly as adornment for my makeshift altar.

As did a perfect oblong of wood - a readymade platform for my sweet Ancient Coral skull, Abyss.

By the time I lit the incense to begin my small ceremony, I had an understanding or why I’d been drawn to the mountain that day. My prayers centred around two things…

1) A call for a deepening of the connection between my physical body and Mother Earth's body and her Crystalline Grid, particularly the full unlocking of my base chakra, allowing me to receive her energies more fully.

2) The Awakening of The Rock People of that place. In the same way they had called me in Tahoe and Mt Shasta, The Rock Guardians of this Pyramid mountain were calling to be re-activated.....the time for these Mountain Guardians had come....

I left the Pyramid that day with a lightness in my step and with the sense of a job well done, a task fulfilled. What I didn’t realize however was that in a way, this ceremony was just the precusor to another potent journey I was about to undergo.

About ten days later, I was guided to construct a Crystal Grid around myself, on the floor of in my workroom, beside a Crystal Skull altar I’d already been working with.

Allowing my intuition to guide me, I found myself inserting a very old audiotape into the tape machine. It wasn’t until the tape began to play that I realized it wasn’t at all what I thought I’d put in! Spirit works in mysterious ways, as they say!

The voice of the channel Lazaris, which I hadn’t heard for over 10 years, emanated from the tape machine! With his unique, compassionate and soothing tones, he took me on a journey ‘Beyond Struggle’. Through the sludge and the muck, through the inner subconscious swamps of darkness, resistance, anger and fear, he brought me face-to-face with that shadow part of me, ‘The one who is not deserving’. The unfolding of this was experienced not merely as an imaginative or figurative journey – it felt absolutely real. As I lay there, literally sobbing, alone in the depths of the swamp, this shadow self - ‘The one who is not deserving’ - came forward to present itself. A living breathing creature, bedraggled and faceless, it lurked and shuffled in the shadows, unwilling to be fully seen but completely and utterly real, nonetheless.

Riveted on this figure and hardly able to breath through the sobs, I hear Lazaris voice telling me to ask, ‘The one who is not deserving’ what it wanted. What was it this creature needed so badly, to cause such fear, pain and continual struggle. ‘The me that is not deserving’ responded immediately and clearly, the words voiced from my mouth with passion and anger….”I want some f***king love, that’s what I want, alright? I just want some f***king love!

Lazaris voice again…this time asking me if there’s something I can offer this ‘Me that is not deserving’, some gift that will make it happy, that will fulfill its needs. Again, the response was immediate and strong. That magnificent, large Rose Quartz crystal heart I’d had for nigh on 15 years, that’s what it wanted. And yes…this crystal was happy to offer itself as the gift.

“There’s another figure in the swamp, right there beside you”, says Lazaris. “They’ve been there all the time, in fact they’ve always with you. It’s the ‘You who has always been deserving”. Lazaris tells me then that this ‘Me who has always been deserving’ will act as liason between me and the ‘Me who is not deserving’. He will venture into the shadows and deliver my offering - my gift of the beautiful Rose Quartz heart. I watch him walk over and into the shadows to face the bedraggled faceless figure. I see the ‘Me who is not deserving’ grab the Rose Heart and clutch it to his bosom. It is just what he wants, it seems – he is content.

I hear Lazaris speak again. He tells me the ‘Me who is not deserving’ has a gift for me in return. With electrically charged anticipation, I wait for the ‘Me who has always been deserving’ to place the gift in my hands. My heart almost stops at the breathtaking sight…is a huge, brilliantly faceted diamond! I place the diamond carefully in my Solar Plexis and in an instant, its Light begins to transform my body! The darkness and sludge begins to dissolve - the fear, the anger, the sadness, the resentments, the deep sorrow and childhood loneliness within melt away. Rivers of tears flow from my eyes now, but this time they’re tears of gratitude not grief. The swamp itself now begins to transform, trees coming alive, stagnant waters clearing, birds and butterflies fly through the air, and sweet-smelling flowers burst though the earth…..all is transformed, all is new.

With an overflowing heart, I thank the ‘Me who is not deserving’ for this incredible gift of freedom and Diamond Light. I assure him that the Rose Quartz heart will always be his to keep, and that as long as he has it with him, he will always have Love. I ask him then if there’s a new home he’d like to live in, somewhere he’d feel safe…I tell him he doesn’t have to live in the swamp any more. Once more the response is immediate and clear….The Pyramid Mountain, that’s where he wants to be.

I returned to the mountain the following day, this time to bring the ‘Me who is not deserving’ and his Rose Quartz Heart, to their new home. Once more I made preparation at home with cleansing and ceremony, bathing and polishing the beautiful Rose Heart in preparation for the journey. Once more I assembled offerings for the nature devas of the mountain….corn, nuts and chocolate, along with incense and oils, and a few special crystals for the task at hand.

The ceremony on the mountain this time was a celebration - fulfillment of a promise – a contract with this part of me that had been neglected.

Before doing the ceremony, I returned to the places I’d discovered on my last visit, but also explored some new spots, in my search for the perfect home and resting place for the Rose Heart and it’s keeper. I had to be sure this new home was safe and secure – a place that no-one else could possibly find or uncover.

Hidden from all human eye, the Rose Quartz heart and its new caretaker, rest deep within this Sacred Mountain, watched over by the Rock Guardians and the nature devas. Now, each morning as I gaze upon The Pyramid, I send my love to them in their secret place, knowing they’re protected and exactly where they want to be.

Some people reading this story may well question my sanity, thinking all this sounds a bit ‘Looney Tunes’! I trust that for others however, this story may provide a key to a locked door within their heart, and help them shine a searchlight into to their rich and revealing inner worlds…… I think many more people are beginning to come to an understanding, that the physical dimension is but one of many dimensions, if not parallel universes, in which we actually operate. With the volumes upon volumes of pop psychology and the plethora of current TV shows exploring the human body and mind, as well as our place within the universe and the vast cosmos, a lot more people are now aware of the complexity of our existence here on Planet Earth.

This shamanic, spiritual journey was as real as any ‘3D real life’ physical drama. Soul retrieval, soul recognition, soul healing, inner child healing - whatever you may like to call it - is a critical part of our becoming whole. Acknowledging those parts of ourselves that have been neglected, unheard or forgotten, calling them back to us with Love, and reintegrating them….this is a most essential part of our healing process. Without it, how can we hope to become fully whole, open and ready to fulfill our potential, or accept the abundance we all crave in our lives.

We are a species in the process of transformation, evolution. Many, myself included, hope this transformation which result in a new way of living and a new way of being. I am full of gratitude therefore, that one of my first experiences in the momentous year of 2012, brought me to a place of healing, recognition and reunion with a deeply wounded aspect of myself.

CELTIC RECONNECTIONS – Old Friends and New

It’s been a while since I wrote, so I have lots of good stories to share and some surprises I hope you’ll like too! Just after sending my last News, I embarked on my journey to Ireland and the UK. It was an interesting and somewhat challenging trip and not at all what I expected. Mind you, the unexpected seems to be one of the most prominent features of life these days!! With two deaths in my extended family, my sister just out of hospital with a severely broken ankle and my gorgeous 91-year-old father suffering a bad fall the day after I arrived, the Divine timing of my visit became evident immediately!

Despite being housebound most of the time as Nurse Scallon, I did get to re-experience some of those connections with my Celtic roots, I spoke about in my last missive. The family home is situated right on the shores of Lough Erne, surrounded by forest, and my daily respite when possible, was to take off for about an hour each morning, to wend my way through the lush forest walks around the lakeside.

September in County Fermanagh heralds a period akin to the Fall in New England. The landscape becomes a riot of colour as the trees transform, giving up their deep green hues for the vibrant oranges, yellows and reds of autumn, before winter sets in. This change of season was just beginning when I was there – the sights and smells reminding me of times past, when I had experienced this beauty in its fullness.

The gift of these daily walks turned out to be quite profound. I experienced firsthand once more, the instantaneous transformation that can take place within ones being, when in proximity to Nature. Each time I stepped into the forest, it felt as if a huge burden lifted from me. My breathing automatically deepened, my body seemed to expand and relax, and my heart filled with appreciation for the beauty around me. In an instant, I could feel myself being transformed and transported from a place of worry and fatigue, to a place of joy and lightness of being.

More than on any other visit to Ireland in recent years, I found myself consciously connecting to the land itself and to my Celtic ancestors, asking that my cells remember this rich lineage. Day after day my prayers were answered, as I discovered and became acquainted with many new Tree Guardian friends.

These magnificent towering specimens covered in thick spongy moss and ivy seemed to speak to me, whispering secrets to my soul…..

I found myself talking to them, embracing them and admiring them with awestruck wonder, as they opened my heart with their beauty. I felt them absorb and recognise my appreciation, and respond to it. One huge tree showed me it was listening, as it revealed to me its giant ear!

So struck was I, by power and energy of the place, that I began to carry my camera with me on my walks. On two occasions, both times in the very same spot, the photos revealed that I had ‘unseen’ company with me on these forest sojourns!

The first time I happened upon this particular spot, I literally gasped in awe. Seeing the huge tree roots, entwined with stone and earth, I felt I was looking at a perfectly formed cave, which housed a large natural altar. I found myself instinctively moving in underneath the tree roots, stroking the rocks and singing to them.

Later, when I downloaded the images on to my laptop, I discovered that one of the photos had literally captured the magic of the place…a mass of Light Orb Beings had joined me, in recognition, celebration and appreciation of the sacredness and mystery of this special ‘cave’.

On my very last visit to the forest before I left Ireland, I decided to revisit this same spot with my little Ancient crystal skull, Abyss.

Downloading the photos some days later, I discovered that once more, the Light Orbs had come to say hello! You can see a bunch of them here at the right of the photo, on the lead-up to the cave.

I became acutely aware on these walks, of the presence of the Four Sacred Elements – Earth, Air, Fire and Water – so potently surrounded as I was by each of them, in these environs. The forest, the shimmering lake with its families of swans and their cygnets, the breeze, the rain and the fruits of the earth itself, all became living breathing entities for me.

A perfectly natural – though at the same time extraordinary - synchronicity occurred just after I arrived back to Australia. Sarah, a lovely friend from the US, forwarded me a channelled message by Natalie Glasson. Entitled Tree Spirit Activation by the Tree Spirits, the message was a beautiful confirmation for me, of the very real communication I had just experienced with our tree brothers.

MYTHICAL IRELAND

A few days before I left Ireland, my father was well enough for us to go out for a bit of a ‘jaunt’! It was a joy to have him to myself for one day, and we found ourselves travelling, under the wide blue sky, towards Co. Sligo and the ‘Yeats Country’. William Butler Yeats is one of Ireland’s most famous sons, a poet whose words to this day, are etched on the hearts and minds of people the world over. His body now lies in a peaceful churchyard, under the foot of the iconic mountain Ben Bulben.

‘Under Ben Bulben’, a Yeats poem published just five days after his death, famously spells out his wish for his body to be placed in the Drumcliff churchyard, by the flank of a Sligo mountain. The ruined remains of one of the most ancient Round Towers of Ireland stands beside the churchyard.

Ben Bulben was formed during the Ice Age when Ireland was under glaciers. Originally a large ridge, the moving glaciers shaped it into its present distinct formation. Its steep buttressed cliff side and flat top which dominate the landscape, have always reminded me of that other mythical rock - Ayer’s Rock - found in the centre of my new home, Australia.

Ben Bulben is the setting of many Celtic legends - a place described as being redolent with faeries and mythological significance. It’s said to be the resting place of the legendary couple Diarmuid and Grainne, buried there in the highest cave in Ireland, at the top of the cliffs at the rear of the beautiful Horseshoe valley.

It’s also said to have been the dwelling place of the Fianna – a band of warriors who lived in the 3rd century. An earlier Yeats poem, The Celtic Twilight, links the mountain with superhuman horsemen who ride forth every night, from an opening in the mountain. These supernatural horsemen are identified with the Irish faeries called the Sidhe - descendants of the legendary Tuatha de Danann, who were one of the great ancient tribes of Ireland. The epitaph on Yeats gravestone carries a direct reference to these supernatural horsemen of Ben Bulben, in a quotation from his own poem…

Always under the towering presence of Ben Bulben, we drove from Yeats’s grave, through the Sligo countryside…..

to the exquisite seaside village of Ross’s Point.

Our journey home took us back along the magnificent Donegal coastline…

And past the Castle of Classiebawn - once the home of Lord Mountbatton who was the uncle and godfather of Prince Charles.

It was a day full of magical sights and precious memories in the making – one that reminded me once more, that the genes of our ancestors and the land we are born into, are well and truly encoded in our very DNA! Unlike many Asian and Eastern peoples, who perform daily ceremonies, to honour both their ancestors and the spirits of the land they live in, most of us in the West – especially long-term city dwellers - have become detached from our roots. I fear we may have lost much in the process. However, some of us are beginning to remember. Hopefully, it’s not to late for us to re-learn how to love Mother Earth as she truly deserves, and heal ourselves in the process.

NEW SACRED TOOLS

Two extraordinary and special new sacred tools have come to me recently. Or perhaps I should say, were ‘returned’ to me? Both these sacred objects came to me in a most unexpected way, while on my travels - there’s that unexpected thing again!! And both events demonstrated for me in the most potent way possible:-

• There is a Divine Plan at work in everything
• Although we may not we consciously aware of why we are drawn to be somewhere or do something, our ‘Higher Self’ knows exactly what’s going on – it’s the one driving the bus!
• Most magic happens when we step out of our planned schedule and respond to events spontaneously, in the moment.

The first of these sacred tools ‘found me’ in June when I was on my tour of Northern California. The second one came into my world exactly three months later.

Just five minutes ago as I set out to write this, I was hit with an electrically charged realization! In a ‘light bulb moment’ I was granted a further insight into the significance of these tools, and into their connection with each other. As I cast my memory back to try to recall the timing of these events, I realized that I took possession of the first one at the sacred site of Mt Shasta, on June 21st, the day of the Summer Solstice, and that the second one manifested on September 21st, the day of the Autumn Equinox, at another sacred site; Bury-St-Edmunds in the UK.
Oh my goodnesss…I KNOW this is no accident.

SACRED JADE BONES

When I arrived in Sacramento last June, 2011, I had a few days to acclimatize before doing my first ‘Crystal Keys Activation Ceremony in Cameron Park, so myself and my friend Jill decided to make a trip to San Francisco to spend the day with Sarah Mc Crosky of Human Spirit Radio. Sarah had interviewed me by telephone a couple of months earlier, and I was really looking forward to meeting her in person.

After our first joyous exchange on arrival, Sarah revealed that she had, as we had hoped, arranged a visit to Kirby Seid at his home and Crystal gallery nearby. I first met Kirby at the 10.10.10 World Mysteries Crystal Skull gathering in Arizona, and was thrilled to have this opportunity to catch up with him again. Apart from being a powerful shaman, crystal caretaker and creator of the The Light Labyrinth™ http://www.ancienttechnologies.com - a powerful new technology combining spectacular crystals with exquisite computerized light programs, Kirby also became caretaker of the ancient crystal skull ShaNaRa, after Nick Nocerino’s death. He still remains closely connected to the skull, working with and assisting Nick’s daughter Michelle, who is gradually taking over the custodianship of this powerful skull from him.

On meeting Kirby, the conversation not surprisingly, immediately turned to discussion of crystal skulls! I asked Kirby if he had any particular skulls he was working with himself at the moment. He said that yes there was one, which he had upstairs. As the four of us sat down in a circle, Jill, Sarah and I began to unpack our wares for Kirby. I had my three most personal Crystal skulls with me, which I placed in the centre of the circle at our feet, as we happily chatted away.

Kirby suddenly got up and left the room. I assumed he was going to fetch the crystal skull he had mentioned earlier but instead he came back with three long green-coloured crystals, which he told us were jade bones. As I handled and examined them, I felt drawn to one of them in particular, which I noticed had a distinct marking etched on it, much like the identifying mark an artist or sculpture would make on their artwork. On asking Kirby if the marking had any significance, he told me that it signified the item had belonged to a shaman.

With that, Kirby left the room again, coming back this time with a pair of much larger, brownish-coloured bones, shaped like a human femur bone that had been split right down the middle. Turning the bones over to show us the inside surfaces, he pointed out the carved stick figure like pictographs etched on them. There were three separate images on each bone.

Intrigued, I reached out both hands to receive the bones from Kirby, to have closer look. As soon as they touched my hands, the activation took place! My channel opened with incredible power and we were all instantly drawn into the unfoldment of a spontaneous ceremony. Somehow, I knew exactly what to do with these crystal tools…. It felt to me as if they had belonged to me in previous times. For the next few hours they remained glued to my palms, becoming hot with the energy they generated themselves, as well as the body energy they absorbed from me.

It became pretty clear to myself and the others present that these sacred objects were calling to me! Kirby, the crystal skull specialist, had not shown us one crystal skull – he’d known exactly what he was supposed to bring out that day!

I was curious of course, to know as much as possible about these artifacts, and quizzed Kirby about their provenance. It turned out that they’d come to him less than two weeks before, from a lady anthropologist he’d met at a crystal skull event. The bones, she told him, were thought to be approximately 5000 years old. They’d been found by a friend of hers who lives in China, who informed her they’d been found on an archeological dig on the border between Tibet and China. The lady told Kirby, she felt that the bones were not supposed to remain with her. She entrusted Kirby the bones that day, believing that if anyone could find the rightful caretaker, it would be him.

I asked Kirby if he knew what the metaphysical significance of ‘bones’ might be….why would someone carve jade in the shape of a bone? He told me that bones were used in Ancestor worship - that they were seen as the conduit for ancestral energies. In a sense they are Ancestral Akashic records. And he told me to think about the fundamental nature of human or animal bones….Bones equal structure and foundation….they hold coded information within the body. Stones and crystals, Kirby said, are the bones of the earth and serve a similar function. These Jade bones then, held a symbolism both literal and metaphysical.

I left Kirby’s house that day not knowing for sure, if the bones were meant to be mine or not. Kirby had agreed to speak to the owner to see if he could negotiate the terms of transfer. Within 24 hours, an agreement had been made….the bones it seemed, were indeed to return to Australia with me!

When I spoke to their previous owner Marza on the phone the next day, she gave me some more wonderful information about these sacred tools. Marza herself is of Native American heritage, and in the year she’d had the bones in her possession, they had taken part in ceremonies in many sacred places, including ceremonies with the Hopi Indians, as well as ceremonies with Dom Umberto and the Q’ero Indians - direct descendants of the ancient Inca priests.

She told me the bones were believed to be of the Neolithic period of about 5000 years ago. Found in the Hung Shung region of China, they were thought to be in the tradition of ‘Oracle Bones’. The figures etched upon them are an ancient form of writing, of the same nature as the most ancient recorded writing ‘Jingre’. Jingre was a precursor to the oracle writing later found oxen scapula bones and turtle shells. It later turned into another form of writing, which is now dated at about 3,500 years old. These Jade bones however, anthropologists believe come from a time well before that. Marza told me that there’s nothing really written about these ancient bones, except in the museum notes of the findings of the anthropological research.

She told me the bones would have belonged to a shaman who used them for both divination and healing purposes. One of the reasons they’d been carved in two pieces was that each piece would have been placed on either side of for example, a broken leg or arm. Neolithic Jade is very heavy and very hard to carve - almost like a black jade which has lots of basalt. The bones feel and sound metallic and give a metal clinck when tapped together. Marza said that jade bones are very difficult to find, unless you are attuned to their energy.

The Jade Bones finally came into my hands in Mt Shasta on the day of the Summer Solstice. The precious package was delivered by Sarah who had decided to travel to Mt Shasta to attend my Solstice Crystal Activation ceremony. Placed in my hands just hours before the ceremony, the bones sat on the crystal skull altar that night, their work with me beginning right away! Their work continued the following day with another group initiation, when a Divinely planned, spontaneous gathering of skull caretakers took place. Brought together ‘by chance’ at the beautiful Sacred Seed crystal shop in Mt. Shatsta, in a spontaneous and profoundly moving ceremony, the Bones and the crystal skulls, worked their magic together.

It was the owner of Sacred Seed, Miguel, who first drew my attention to something about the figures etched on the Bones, that I immediately recognized to be ‘true’. "I think these figures are demonstrating some sort of system of movement…”, he said.

This idea resonated with me because, when I’m channeling the Sounds of Sirius – especially when I’m doing my own private daily practice each morning – I allow my body to move in whatever way the energy flow dictates. This results in a natural, flowing movements like Tai Chi or Chi Quong, and sometimes my body moves into recognizable sacred dance postures. As I looked again at the positions of the carved figures on the bones, I recognized them as representations of the sort of positions I often find myself in, while I’m channelling.

Movement, like sound, can help bring us into alignment and balance, as we let the Life Force flow through us. Perhaps whoever carved these jade bones was consciously encoding very specific symbols on there, which represented a tried and tested system of movement?

There is so much for me to discover about these remarkable, ancient tools….I know I have not even begun to scratch the surface yet.

CRYSTAL DORJE

On September 20th, having said an emotional farewell to my father and family in Ireland, I arrived in the UK to be met by another sister – the other emigrant of the family! We had already planned to treat ourselves to ‘catch-up’ dinner and a night in a hotel alone, before returning to her home and family the next day. With her two young sons at school, we could afford to take our time driving to Suffolk the following day. Ciara gave me some options of where we might visit en route. I liked the sound of Bury-St-Edmunds, which she described as a lovely old English town with some good shopping, as well as having an old Abbey and gardens.

It was a beautiful sunny day and it was a joy to have some unhurried time together to engage in a bit of ‘retail therapy’, especially given the fact that the only shop I’d been into in Ireland was the supermarket!! As the day wore on, I suddenly turned to Ciara and said, “I don’t suppose there are there any crystal shops or New Age shops here?” “There is one actually”, she said, “and it’s not far from the Abbey Gardens.”

As we walked through the door of ‘The Crystal Merchant’, http://www.thecrystalmerchant.com my eyes instantly fell on an incredible crystal Dorje. I’d never seen anything like it – it was huge! Dorjes are usually made from metal and the crystal ones I have seen are usually quite small, because of the amount of crystal needed to carve such an intricate design. The next thing my eyes fell on was a very unusual crystal skull. I instantly knew it had to have been carved by the renowned skull carver, Leandro de Souza, the carver of one of my own most precious skulls. I fell into immediate conversation about these two very special objects, with the owner of the shop, Cosmo Verner. We were ‘off and running’ so Ciara left us to it, saying she’d pick me up later!

As Cosmo and I chatted, I kept returning again and again to pick up the Dorje. It felt so familiar and comfortable in my hands. Cosmo told me he’d bought the Dorje in India, five years previously. However, the crystal wand maker he’d purchased it from told him that it had originally come from Tibet. Which of course, made absolute sense. The dorje and bell are the primary Ritual Tools of Tibetan Buddhism, used in almost all ritual, ceremony and chanting. Always kept together, they represent many layers of intricate symbolism and meaning. The dorje is a quintessential symbol of enlightenment. In Sanskrit, the word vajra translates as ‘diamond’ or ‘adamantine’. It can also mean ‘thunderbolt’.

DORJE

As the archetypal male principle the dorje it is the quintessential symbol of the ‘diamond mind of enlightenment’ so hard that it is able to cut through all illusions and deceits and arrive at the clear light of truth in its two forms. These two forms of truth are symbolised by the two pronged dorje and are relative truth - needed for daily living ie. science, practical knowledge etc., and absolute truth which reveals the inner nature of the universe. The central hub from which the prongs arrive represents the sphere of actual reality. From this sphere arise two eight petalled lotuses crowned by two full moon ‘discs’ from which emerge the five upper and lower prongs. These five represent the Five Buddha families, the five elements, and the five skandhas [form- feeling - perception - motivation and consciousness- which the outer four are curved into and merge with at the tip.] As such the dorje is the great alchemical symbol and represents the creation of the ‘philosophers stone’. In Tibetan, dorje means the indestructible stone. The dorje is considered the ultimate spiritual weapon in that it is used to banish the forces of darkness, ignorance and disharmony with its power of lightning and clear truth. It is held in the right hand and twirled according to the pattern of the particular ritual, where it also represents ’skillful method’. http://blog.crystalwave.com.au/?p=34

Cosmo asked me if I’d been down to see the Old Abbey and when I replied in the negative he said, ‘You must go there before you leave. The Michel and Mary Leylines meet in the centre of the Abbey!” It turns out that Bury-St-Edmunds is a sacred site of the same ilk as Glastonbury! Cosmos’s shop itself is situated right in between the two Leylines – something he had consciously planned when he decided to open a crystal shop. Having been to Glastonbury many times, he feels that the energies of Bury-St-Edmunds are much more soft and gentle.

When it became evident that the Dorje needed my undivided attention, Cosmos suggested I sit with it for a while in his healing room, attached to the shop. I already knew in my bones, that this was a very, very special tool but part of me was saying… “No – do not be ridiculous! You can’t afford this and anyway…. do you really need it!” I emerged from the healing room in a state of turmoil - excited and yet desperately trying to rein myself in! I felt that I needed more time alone, to truly decipher if this magnificent crystal piece was really calling me to be it’s caretaker, or if it was just my ego self - the magpie part of me that just loves beautiful things - that was driving my excitement! I bid farewell to Cosmo and told him I might, or might not, see him later!

I headed off in search of the Old Abbey. On entering the site of the magnificent old ruins in the sun, I marvelled at the sophistication and architectural ingenuity of the ancestors.

It became clear that this wasn’t just a place of spiritual significance - historically it also really packs a punch! A plaque on one of the Abbey walls stated that on St Edmund’s altar, Cardinal Langton and several Barons had sworn that they would obtain from King John, the ratification of the Magna Carta.

As I wandered through the ruins, I noticed, with a sort of shock of recognition, that there were big lumps of crystal strewn all over the ground! When I took a closer look at the surroundings, I realized that not only had the Abbey been placed smack bang on top of two powerful grid lines but all the buildings had been constructed from crystal geodes! It would literally have been a ‘Lightening’ rod of crystal energy! I get the feeling the original builders knew just a little bit, about harnessing crystal energy and earth energies in general!

I found my way eventually, to the sunken section of the ruins where I’d been told the Michael and Mary Leylines actually met. I lay down on the inviting soft green grass in the gentle sunshine, right there on the juncture of the leylines, and called on my Angels and Guides to give me some clarity about how to proceed.

By the time I got up from the ground, my decision was made. One of the strongest images I had received was of myself standing in front of a large group of people singing, holding the Dorje with both hands in front of my solar plexus. As the Sounds of Sirius came through me, I saw the Dorje ignite with a burst of White Light energy, which shot out towards the people present as well as the wider world beyond, like bright piercing laser beams. As I write this, I now realise that what I had seen in that vision, was the Dorje embodying its ‘Thunderbolt’ essence of delivering ‘en-Lightenment’.

With a growing excitement in my heart, I made my way out through the Abbey ruins to head back to Cosmo’s shop. On the way, I was gifted with what I felt was a sign of further confirmation that my decision was the right one….

In the Chapter House section of the Old Abbey, where several of the Abbots were buried, I found the grave of one of my husband’s ancestors, Edmundus de Walpole, who had been Abbot of the Abbey from 1243 to 1256. The Walpole lineage is a proud and strong one, which includes the first Prime Minister of England Sir Robert Walpole, as well as the writer Horace Walpole. However, I knew my husband would be very surprised to find that the Walpoles had been making their mark, much farther back in history!

Back at The Crystal Merchant, as Cosmo wrapped up the Dorje, he shared with me that this special crystal had been part of Solstice, full moon and Equinox ceremonies at many sacred sites throughout the UK - Stonehenge, Glastonbury, Avebury to name a few. And ‘of course’, he said, ‘there will be people down in the Old Abbey tonight to celebrate the Equinox”.

There is was…..it hit me like a ‘thunderbolt’…..I’d been so wrapped up in family concerns and the 3D practical world, that I wasn’t even aware that that particular day was September 21st and the Autumn Equinox!! My Higher Self however, was evidently well and truly on the job, making sure I got to that sacred site on that day and that I’d find my way to Cosmo’s shop!

Before I left England, I took the Dorje to the beach in Suffolk, to bathe it in English waters and farewell those shores before departing for its new home in the Southern Hemisphere. Interestingly, my little nephew Oscar who was with me took part in the ritual with great enthusiasm.

Intuitively, he drew a mandala around it in the sand…

A week or so after arriving back in Australia, I took the Dorje to the beach in beautiful Port Douglas to formally welcome it to these shores. Bathing it in the Tropical coral seas of the Pacific Ocean, I consciously sent the energies back out through the waters, to connect back to Glastonbury and the Tor, Stonehege and Avebury, and asked that a crystalline energy grid of connection be formed in that moment, between the Southern and Northern Hemispheres.

I then drew a mandala around it on the golden sand, to echo the one Oscar had drawn on the English beach.

Two sacred objects….. two sacred places…..on two significantly energy-filled days……I wonder what new journeys these new tools will lead me to in the future?

Unlike the 9.9.9 and the 10.10.10 when I joined many other crystal skull caretakers from around the world in Arizona for the World Mysteries Crystal Skull conferences, this time I felt no such pull. For some reason, my instinct has been that the 11.11.11 gateway is one I need to greet in a more private way. I have no idea why I feel this why. Initially, I thought I would be called to something larger as in previous years, so I am complete following my intuition on this one. Perhaps in hindsight, the reason for this privacy will be revealed…

I will however, be very consciously tuning in to all the other wonderful events taking place across the globe on that day. Many thousands, if not millions of people around the world will be joining their energies together to pray for peace on that day…to pray that we may find a new way of living and a new way of Be-ing on this beautiful planet of ours.

WORDS OF WISDOM - Attuning yourself to the highest possible reality - A Message from the rare Tibetan Crystal Skull AMAR

The key to mastering the energies in the times to come is to raise your frequency so you can maintain wellbeing, receive higher guidance, and attain higher and higher levels of consciousness. The more light you experience, the lighter and more enlightened you will become – this is the process of ascension, and this is the key to rising above fear.

There are parallel realities that exist simultaneously, just like there are many radio stations that are currently broadcasting all kinds of music and information right now. When you tune the radio to a certain frequency, you connect with certain music or information – if you like the vibration, you keep it on that station, and if you don’t like what you hear, then you tune the dial to a different station.

The same is true in quantum reality – you must attune yourself to the frequency of the reality you wish to experience. If you are dialed into fear, then you will experience what you fear. However, if you attune yourself to the highest frequencies of peace, joy and light, then that is what you will experience no matter what is going on around you.

Crystal skulls have come at this time to help raise the frequencies on Earth, and to help raise the consciousness of humanity individually and collectively. When more crystal skulls are gathered together, it increases the frequency of light and consciousness exponentially – this is why many people feel drawn to have more than one crystal skull, and this is also the purpose of crystal skull gatherings.

The Emergence of Multiple Chaotic Nodes

A Hathor Planetary Message Through Tom Kenyon

Your planet is entering a critical transition state, characterized by a multiplicity of Chaotic Nodes.
In our previous communications we have discussed the changes taking place on your Earth in the context of a single Chaotic Node. But from our viewpoint, multiple Chaotic Nodes are now emerging. These complex interacting nodes involve such things as radical weather anomalies, increases in earthquake and volcanic activity, critical challenges to the planet’s eco-systems, challenges to agriculture and food sources, as well as political and economic volatility.
In addition to these planetary Chaotic Nodes, the sun of your solar system is entering a greater level of volatility and unpredictability as well. It is entering into multiple Chaotic Nodes itself, driven by its own internal cycles, but also greatly impacted, as we have said in previous messages, by the galactic center.
The physical challenges you will face in the near future are many, but our message at this time does not concern the physical dimension of these difficulties. These changes, and their resulting challenges, will be apparent to anyone who looks beneath the surface of current events.
Our focus in this communication is on the emotional and spiritual crisis you are facing.
When a system enters multiple Chaotic Nodes there is increased stress on those elements or beings that reside in the vibratory level of existence where the Chaotic Nodes are taking place.
Let us speak to this for a moment in terms other than human existence. From our experience, other dimensions of consciousness and existence are also experiencing their own version of multiple Chaotic Nodes. Thus, the energetic challenges you are facing are not limited just to Earth, but extend to all dimensions of consciousness and all beings, including non-corporeal (energy beings without bodies), who are related to Earth and this galaxy.
But let us come down to Earth, to the nexus point of your existence in time and space.
As we said earlier, beings living in a realm of existence undergoing multiple Chaotic Nodes will be inevitably stressed by increases in chaotic events.
As chaotic elements within planetary weather patterns increase, as challenges to agriculture multiply, and as economic problems grow, there will be an increase in global human anxiety.
This type of anxiety tends to center around physical survival, and while anxiety about survival can drive human beings into a type of madness and irrationality, there is something more insidious and hidden in the current transition state you are now entering.
This hidden danger has to do with thought forms perpetuated by some of your major religions and spiritual traditions. These thought forms and belief systems maintain the notion that there is a separation between the physical and the interdimensional (spiritual) aspects of your existence. The physical world is viewed as tainted; nature is seen as something to be subdued and dominated (as opposed to co-creating with the natural world), and in essence, the world is viewed as something to be escaped from.
We do not share this belief. Our experience is that consciousness is one continuum from the highest vibrations of light into the lowest vibrations of matter and that the very atoms and subatomic particles that comprise your world are, by their very nature, sacred—if by sacred you mean related to the whole.
As the stresses generated by multiple Chaotic Nodes increase, there will be a tendency for many humans to enter delusional and dissociative states of consciousness.
Those who adhere to the thought form that there is an eternal schism between the realms of matter and those of spirit will be most prone to this aberration in consciousness. And as stresses increase, due to the complex interaction of multiple Chaotic Nodes, there will be a marked tendency for some of these individuals to be separated further and further from the realities of the physical dimension. This type of communal dissociation will be further driven by religious and spiritual thought forms regarding “the End Times,” “the Day of Judgment,” and the “Purification of Earth.” This delusional state of mind will become a type of collective mental/emotional virus as whole groups of individuals succumb to stress and overwhelm as they struggle to deal with the global effects of multiple Chaotic Nodes.
Lines in the sand
From our perspective, a line is being drawn in the sands of human consciousness. And this line is nothing less than the demarcation between those who uphold the schism between matter and spirit as perpetuated by the world’s major religions and those who don’t.
What side of this line you stand on will determine to a great extent what you are open to, in terms of planetary and personal transformation.
All Initiates must determine for themselves, what is true and not true, especially when it comes to this religiously perpetuated schism between matter and spirit. And by Initiates, we simply mean those who strive to live upward in consciousness, regardless of the method or spiritual traditions they follow.
The Path of the Heart
From our perspective, the threshold for an Initiate from the lower vibrational worlds into the upper worlds is, first and foremost, through the heart. This transit of consciousness is essentially an inner journey from the lower chakras to the higher chakras. It is only when an Initiate both transcends and transforms his or her personal fixation on security, sex and power that the upward spiral opens. And the entrance into this upward spiral of consciousness occurs when the heart chakra becomes energetically open and permeable.
The paradox and the difficulty is that you live in a dualistic universe, and virtually any action you take is met by a counter-force. This paradox and difficulty is like a metaphorical grain of sand in an oyster; it is irritating. But through the process of self-evolution, the irritation (i.e. duality) becomes a pearl, and paradoxically, something of value emerges from that which was problematic. But each Initiate must create this pearl of self-transformation for him or herself. No religion, no master, no teacher or guru can do it for you.
It may sound too simplistic but, in our experience, the greatest evolutionary catalyst, and the greatest vibratory field of safety to bridge transition states (such as the one you are collectively entering), is through the heart, your heart.
Let us be more specific here. As the number of Chaotic Nodes increases, the challenges to mental and emotional stability will multiply. And as a result, increasing numbers of individuals will enter irrational states of consciousness. There will be a tendency for these individuals to act out in self-destructive ways. And because you are connected to all life on this planet, you will be affected to some extent by the emotional turmoil of others.
Thus it would be of great benefit to you as an Initiate, to cultivate a coherent emotional state, something you return to again and again, reinforcing what we call a positive attractor.
Then it will be as if you have an energetic bubble of coherency around you. You will be able to see clearly and respond to the dualistic world you live in, yet your vibratory essence will remain protected from the increasing levels of chaos and irrationality of others. How you do this is your choice. There are many ways to accomplish this. We will simply offer two.
The first is the most basic and fundamental but is the foundation for the more advanced. We are well aware that many persons reading these messages are new to this type of information, while others are very advanced, which is why we are offering two techniques.
The Basic Technique
This first method is for those unfamiliar with the vastness of their own inner consciousness. It is simple but highly effective.
We recommend you regularly cultivate this coherent state in the garden of your mind.
To accomplish this, you simply reside in the feelings of appreciation or gratitude, without any reason to do so. In other words, you are not looking to something in your environment or your life to feel appreciation or gratitude for. You simply enter into this vibratory state for no other reason other than choosing to do so.
This vibratory state creates a coherency in your body and mind, and it is a type of mental/emotional upliftment that acts as a counter-balance to the downward spiral many humans will be experiencing.
We recommend that you enter this emotional state several times a day. Just a minute or two is all that is needed, but by entering into this vibratory state throughout the day, you train your brain/mind/body to enter into a coherent state at will. And this will be a very helpful and important mind-skill as you enter further into this planetary transition state (i.e. the emergence of multiple Chaotic Nodes).
One reason we say that this mind-skill will be helpful to you is due to the inherent effects of multiple Chaotic Nodes.
Many of you will find greater opportunities for frustration in your daily life. This is because actions taken will increasingly not lead to the result anticipated. Even those of you who are intellectually gifted and masters of manifestation may find blocks and unanticipated hindrances, due to no causation on your part, but rather due to the actions or inactions of others, as well as unanticipated problems caused by the increase of chaotic events in the world around you. Thus, when you find yourself at your wit’s end, so to speak, if you have cultivated the positive attractor of appreciation or gratitude you can use it to intervene into your own emotional turmoil, for if you succumb to your own emotional stress the contagion of mass hysteria is more likely to reach you.
Think of this simple technique as a lifesaver. It’s something passive, you just rest in it, and it creates a vibratory field that by its very nature protects your emotional and spiritual essence.
The Advanced Technique
The second technique we wish to share is for those of you who are more experienced with your inner worlds.
We discussed the first part of this method in a previous message called Ecstasy and the Heart.
The technique involves focusing on the physical heart, not the heart chakra, and while focusing your attention on the physical heart you enter into the state of appreciation or gratitude (just as with the simple method we gave earlier).
The effect of holding your awareness in the physical heart while experiencing appreciation or gratitude creates bliss or ecstasy if you hold the two together long enough.
Once you enter bliss or ecstasy you become aware of the space between the atoms of your body and your environment. This is a shift of mental attention and is based on the quantum reality that physical matter is over 99% space.
Obviously, you do not perceive this space between the atoms of your body and your immediate environment through your physical senses due to the limitations of your nervous system. But the non-local aspect of your consciousness that is unfettered by the limitations of your physical reality can experience this space.
The final stage of this technique involves a shifting of attention. As you become aware of this space in your body and the space around you, you perform a paradoxical feat of consciousness. You send the appreciation and gratitude you are experiencing, both to the space within your body and to the space around you, as well to the particles of matter that comprise your body and the world around you.
This “holding” of both space and matter in the vibratory realm of appreciation or gratitude will eventually reveal your nature as both an embodied and un-embodied being—as a being living through a physical body or form and simultaneously as a consciousness unbounded by form. If you persist with this method, it will eventually open a miraculous doorway for you, a doorway that leads to profound insights regarding the nature of ascension.
In regard to choosing which method to use, we suggest you begin where you are.
The first method, though simple, is highly effective at protecting you from the contagion of human irrationality and will lift you upward into the currents of the upward spiral, even as those around you spiral downward.
When you feel you are ready, you can explore the advanced method. This is not a marathon race to see who can get to the advanced method the quickest.
The only thing that is required is that you reside in appreciation or gratitude as often as possible without causation. This simple vibratory realm will be a great ally to you as you pass through the current planetary transition state.
Another ally to you in this transition is a meditation we gave in one of our previous communications. We call it The Crystal Palace Within, and we encourage you to experiment with it. If it speaks to you, use it often for it connects you to the wisdom of Gaia (Earth) and enlivens a central conduit for the higher realms of your existence known to your science as your pineal gland and known to us as the jewel in the head.
For those of you planning to join us for the World Meditation on November 11th of this year (11/11/11), we ask that you work with The Crystal Palace Meditation as often as is convenient, to prepare you for the next Dimensional Attunement, which will be used during the World Meditation.

Summary
As we said at the beginning of this message, you are entering a critical transition state. For those unfamiliar with our previous message entitled Transition States of Consciousness, we strongly suggest that you take a look at this communication.
Your Earth is entering a perilous period in its upward movement. Many aspects of your reality will be changing right before your eyes, more rapidly than you could ever have imagined.
Due to the acceleration of time, the transformation of your civilization will increase exponentially. Your word “transformation” literally means moving beyond form, thus the structures of your reality (meaning the thought forms and beliefs as well as the external realities of your life) will be undergoing rapid change.
A greater fluidity of consciousness is required. Protection of your vibratory essence is vital. You are entering harrowing times and yet in this complexity there are immense opportunities for your own personal evolution.
We believe that there will be a greater polarization between people as the Chaotic Nodes increase in number and intensity. And yet even in the midst of that polarization, if your heart/mind is open you will have moments of deep communion with others, even strangers, whenever you look into the eyes of another human being who recognizes the sacredness of this moment, the sacredness of life, and the sacredness of this Earth.

Tom’s Thoughts and Observations

According to the Hathors, we are now witnessing the rising of multiple Chaotic Nodes, with a resulting increase in chaotic events and situations all over the world.
The Hathors have singled out a few of these Nodes in their message, such as extreme stresses on our ecosystems, bizarre weather patterns which are, in turn, negatively affecting both agriculture and our food sources, as well as earth changes (i.e. earthquakes and volcanoes), not to mention drastic economic and political volatility.
But they don’t spend a lot of time on the details of these physical calamities. They say quite rightly, I think, that the consequences of these Chaotic Nodes can be ascertained by anyone who looks beneath the surface of current events.
The primary focus of their message is two-fold: one, how each of us can create a vibrational field of protection as we collectively move into this transition state (and the corresponding increase in global chaos). And secondly, they address what they see as a hidden danger, which paradoxically isn’t physical, but mental.
They slam some of the world’s major religions and spiritual traditions for the toxic and insidious effects from some of their central thought forms—first, that nature is something to be dominated and subdued according to our will (as opposed to co-creating with the natural world—to use the Hathors’ own words). And secondly, that there is an eternal schism and battle between matter and spirit. The Hathors are so convinced that these are toxic thought forms and beliefs they have mentioned them in two of their recent messages.
I have been working with the Hathors for over twenty years now, and they are normally more gracious when it comes to allowing others their own perceptions. It is highly unusual for them to take such an adamant stance.
After receiving this most recent message, I asked one of my Hathor mentors about this unprecedented attack on two common thought forms in many religious and spiritual traditions. His response was that humanity is at a tipping point and that the two aforementioned thought forms are a toxic poison that has polluted, and continues to pollute, our collective approach to life itself (since according to some of these traditions, life is either a punishment, an error and/or an illusion).
The Hathors consider these ideas to be delusional in nature, since according to their perception, there is no separation between spirit (i.e. interdimensional realities) and matter. Indeed, as they said, they see consciousness as one continuum from the highest vibrations of light to the lowest vibrations of matter. And for them, matter is inherently sacred since it is an expression of this continuum. It’s just that things move slower in the worlds of matter than they do in the realms of light.
In true Hathorian style, they say that each and every Initiate (i.e. anyone striving to live upward in consciousness) must make his or her own decision regarding the religiously perpetuated schism between spirit and matter. In other words, they are not telling us what to believe (nor should they). But they have unquestionably made their position crystal clear.
Collective Madness
They also discuss how many of us will experience significant stress reactions as the global effects of the Chaotic Nodes become more intense. One result of human-related stress, according to them, will be an increase in collective mental and emotional instability. And furthermore, they think, “there will be a tendency for many humans to enter delusional and dissociative states of consciousness.”
The psychosocial history of humanity shows pretty clearly, I think, that when social, economic, and/or environmental stresses reach a certain point, mental health problems crop up in the collective human family like mushrooms in springtime.
The psychiatrist Carl Jung predicted World War II based on the tormented dreams of his patients shortly after the end of World War I. The intensity and similarities of his patients’ nightmares indicated, to him, that the human collective was deeply disturbed and traumatized by something that would materialize in the near future.
In fact, a relatively new field of socio-psychology has been looking at the complex interactions of social and economic pressures, how they generate stress reactions in people, and how this type of stress can result in mental health problems. In this regard, I found a study released by the National Institute of Mental Health to be a fascinating piece of reading. For those interested in such matters, I would refer you to a document entitled “Social Stressors and Social Resources and their Health Consequences,” NIMH Office of Prevention and Special Projects, Bethesda, MD, August 17-19 1995. But turning our attention back to the Hathors’ comments about increased delusion and dissociative states of consciousness, they site one example of this as the expectations of many that we are at the verge of (or some would say already at) Judgment Day.
The Doomsday Scenarios
The idea that we are near the apocalyptic end of time is hardly new.
At the end of the first millennium, a type of End-times Madness engulfed Europe. Convinced that the world was coming to an end and the return of Jesus was imminent, untold numbers of people left their villages, their livelihoods, and set off on pilgrimages to atone for their perceived sins against God. When the first day of the new millennium (1,000A.D.) dawned and the world had not ended, many firm believers were no doubt dismayed. After all, the return of Jesus guaranteed escape from the madness of their time.
More recently, a modern day prophet calculated the end day of creation to be May 21st of this year (2011). He based this upon what he called a meticulous analysis of the Bible. And his vision of the Apocalyptic End Times went viral through a large group of fundamentalist evangelical Christians. In an odd recapitulation of the last millennium, many of these devoted believers left their jobs while others donated their entire life savings to take out full page ads and to put up billboards to save the heathen unbelievers from eternal damnation by bringing them into the flock during the final days.
When May 21st came and went, and the morning of May 22nd dawned, unaware that it was supposed to not have been, many of these believers were, no doubt, shaken. Others, however, have jumped ship and now say that May 21st was a miscalculation, and that the correct date for the end of the world is October 21st, 2011.
But this End Times Madness is hardly limited to Christian fundamentalists. The New Age has its own potent and heady brew called the Mayan End Times. And according to these literalists, the world will end when the current Mayan Long Count calendar comes to an end on December 21, 2012.
Personally, I think that the Mayan Calendar is more like a cosmic odometer. When the Calendar ends, it simply rolls over and starts a new cycle of time. The old count of time ends, but a new one begins. To say that the world will end on December 21st of next year is, to me, like saying that my car will disappear when the odometer rolls over 100,000 miles. I just don’t buy it.
I have asked the Hathors on various occasions what they felt about the end of the Mayan Calendar and their position has been consistent. The end of the Mayan Long Count does not mean the end of the world to them, but it does mean the end of the world as we have known it. They also believe that a powerful evolutionary energetic will be released on December 21st 2012 from the galactic core, what is sometimes called the Central Sun. But while this energetic will have a powerful transforming effect on humanity, it does not, for them, signal the end of Homo sapiens. In fact, some of their predictions regarding humanity center on cosmic events taking place in 2023A.D. In other words, they do not see an end to mankind anytime soon, but they do see a radical transformation taking place in the global consciousness of humanity itself.
The Implicit and Unspoken Consequence
History will, of course, eventually reveal who is right and who is wrong in regards to all this End of the World stuff—that is assuming, of course, that some future history does, in fact, exist for humanity.
Perhaps the doomsayers are right, and the world will end in a final judgment brought on by an angry God, or as some believers in ancient alien intervention attest to, the world will end when the Anunnaki return to review their genetically modified slave labor force (i.e. mankind).
Maybe as some believe, the Great Benevolent Ones will return and save us from ourselves. And the end of the Mayan Calendar will usher us into a new Age of the Gods and all of the nightmarish things we see happening around us will be like a bad dream when we wake up.
Or perhaps the Mayan literalists are right, and when the Mayan Calendar ends, so will time and so will our world.
But Doomsday Thinking presents, at least for me, some intrinsic problems regardless of its origins. For one, it is—by its very nature—self-limiting and essentially disempowering. And too much time spent delving into the numerous Doomsday scenarios can lead one into a very negative state of mind indeed.
The unspoken consequence of this type of thinking is that it diminishes any actions we might take in our lives. And our power to act, to change situations in our lives, is one of our most important attributes.
Vibrational Fields of Protection
In this message, the Hathors gave two methods for dealing with the chaotic nature of the transition state that our planet is now entering. Both of these methods deal with the heart and/or emotional states associated with the heart. This is not surprising since the Hathors have told me from day one that the most effective and safe means to accelerate one’s spiritual evolution is through the heart and through the emotions of appreciation and/or gratitude.
The first method they shared is for those who are new to this type of information. If you are an advanced practitioner, you might wish to skip over this next section since it is fairly basic. My discussion of the advanced technique follows the heading The Advanced Technique/Philosophical Considerations.
The Basic Technique
The idea here is to enter into the emotion, or feeling-state, of appreciation or gratitude. And you enter this state of body and mind for no reason other than choosing to experience it.
In other words, you don’t look to something in your life that you feel appreciation or gratitude for. You enter into this feeling-state through an act of will.
According to the Hathors, when you reside in this state of body and mind, you create what they call a positive attractor. It positively affects your mood, your thinking, and your behavior and, they would say, your vibrational energy-field as well.
The Hathors are suggesting that we enter into this feeling-state of appreciation or gratitude several times a day—so that we become masters of it—meaning that we can enter it anytime of day or night at will.
They say that this ability will serve us greatly as we, and the other nearly 7 billion people on this planet, enter more deeply into the consequences of so many Chaotic Nodes. In other words—the feeling state of appreciation or gratitude is an antidote, a mental/emotional protection, against chaotically induced stress responses.
The more often you practice this flipping of your mental/emotional state into the feelings of appreciation or gratitude, the better you will become at it. This type of emotional brain skill is just that—a skill. And like all skills, mastery is gained through repetition. We have to build the neuro-circuits in our brains before we can count on the response to be there when we most need it.
If you are the type of person with a well-developed neural network that gives you access to your emotions, you can probably just recall the feeling of appreciation or gratitude. And as you do so, you will notice the quality of your emotions changing into the coherent and positive feeling of appreciation or gratitude. Now all you need to do is choose to enter into this feeling-state several times a day. Do it as a type of mental experiment. Do it in situations when it is easy and do it in situations when it is difficult to do, like when you are annoyed, impatient or angry. See what happens when you intervene into your own mental/emotional experience with this coherent emotional state (i.e. appreciation or gratitude). And remember, the more you practice this, the more adept and masterful you will become.
If you are the type of person who does not have direct access to your emotions, you might try the memory recall method. The idea, here, is that when you remember an event or a situation in which you experienced an emotion, the emotion tends to come back into your awareness when you access the memory.
Thus, the first step is to recall something in your past that you felt appreciation or gratitude for. It does not matter what the reason was. It could have been something big, or it could have been something small. It really doesn’t matter so long as you felt some degree of appreciation or gratitude.
The next step is to recall the actual memory. Remember the situation, the details of where you were. Bring all your senses into this experience. Imagine yourself actually physically being there. See it; hear it; feel the physical sensations. As you fine tune your memory of what it was that made you feel appreciation, you will find yourself feeling that emotion again.
The final step is to let the memory drop away so that what you have left is the feeling-state itself. As you rest in this coherent emotion of appreciation or gratitude, familiarize yourself with its quality. Eventually you will be able to recall the feeling-state of appreciation or gratitude without having to go to the memory. At this point, you are ready to enter into the coherent feeling-state of appreciation or gratitude several times a day. And remember… practice makes perfect.
Some people are unable to access the feeling-state of appreciation or gratitude either directly or through the memory recall method. This is usually due to many different factors such as neural networking in the brain and especially past history. In other words, when these persons go searching for something in the past they felt appreciation or gratitude for, they come up empty. They simply cannot recall any positive experience that would generate these types of feelings.
If you happen to be this type of individual, you can create a new neural network in your brain that will allow you to experience the coherent feeling-state of appreciation or gratitude even though you have never actually experienced it in your life.
To do this, you will be engaging something called creative fantasy. And as odd as it may sound, in certain situations the body/mind cannot tell the difference between a real and an imagined event.
When you create a healing fantasy, you release powerful healing responses in your body/mind even though the source for these healing responses is your imagination!
The first step in this particular method is to think of something that would make you feel appreciation or gratitude. It doesn’t matter what this imaginary something is. It could be something really big, or something simple. It just needs to be something that would make you feel appreciation or gratitude.
Next, you start to build the fantasy by imagining yourself in the situation and receiving whatever it is that would make you feel appreciation or gratitude. Imagine yourself fully and completely in this situation, as if it were actually happening. See it; feel the physical sensations; hear the sounds.
As you fill in your senses, the fantasy will seem more and more real to you. When you feel the emotion of appreciation or gratitude rising up within you, let the fantasy drop away so that you are left with the feeling.
Sometimes people have a secondary response to the fantasy in addition to the feeling of appreciation or gratitude. These secondary responses can include such feelings as sadness, regret, or anger that they never had anything in their life that made them feel either appreciation or gratitude.
If this happens for you, allow yourself to experience the secondary responses. The idea here is not to cover anything up, especially authentic emotional responses to situations in your life. The idea is to introduce a new feeling-state that you can work with.
If you let yourself feel the secondary responses long enough, they will eventually fade in their intensity. At this point, return to the fantasy and let the feeling-state of appreciation or gratitude rise up again. Then rest in this coherent feeling-state as long as you are comfortable with it so that you begin to recognize its quality.
Some people with a lot of secondary responses may have to go through this creative fantasy method several times. Stick with it, as both it and you are worth the effort.
When you sense the feeling-state of appreciation or gratitude arising from your fantasy work without secondary responses, you are ready to start experimenting with the coherent feeling-state as described above. Experiment with it. Try it in all types of situations. The more you practice entering into appreciation or gratitude at will, the more masterful you will become.
There is another, often unexpected benefit from doing this practice. As you enter into this coherent feeling-state of appreciation or gratitude over and over again at will, you create a positive attractor. And you will eventually attract to you situations, people and opportunities that will make you feel appreciation or gratitude in your real life.
The Advanced Technique/Philosophical Considerations
I think it is quite important to discuss the philosophical implications of the Advanced Technique before going into some of the finer details. The reason for this reticence on my part is that the Advanced Technique alters brain processing and inner perception in profound ways. And I think you should know what you are getting into so that you can decide if it is, in fact, something you want to experience or not.
If you read the Hathors’ instructions for this method, you will notice that there is a moment in the technique when you focus on your physical heart while feeling the emotion of appreciation or gratitude.
If you stay with this long enough, there will be a spontaneous arising of bliss or ecstasy. And then, according to the Hathors, you remain in bliss while contemplating (i.e. being aware of) the emptiness or space that comprises your body.
This dual awareness of bliss and emptiness produces a profound shift in inner perception. It is a type of liberation, since you directly experience the infinite and non-local nature of your own consciousness. While in this state of inner awareness, the constraints of your body and the limitations of the world are transcended.
You have entered an infinite state of mind that knows no boundaries.
If you get this far into the technique, I suggest you spend a good deal of time in this expanded state of mind, and really enjoy it before going to the next step. I say this because it is for me, at least, a deeply nourishing and restful state of body and mind.
In the next step you send appreciation to both the space that comprises your body as well as the actual matter that comprises your body—remembering that all matter, including your body, is over 99% space.
Each of us will have our own experience of this step, I imagine. For me, it is a visceral experience. I am brought back from my unbounded state of mind to a state in which I am both bound by the limitations of my body and transcendent to them all at the same time. I am, in other words, both non-local and localized simultaneously. This is a truly odd state.
When I remain in this dual state of non-localized and localized consciousness long enough, I start to experience surges of energy entering my body from what seems to be the internal space of my body. And my body often starts to spontaneously enter into a type of circular rocking motion (if I am sitting upright or cross legged), which is known to yogis and yoginis as kriyas. Kriyas are a sign that subtle energies are moving through the body.
This phase of the technique, at least for me, is not restful, it is potent and energizing.
According to the Hathors, this phase of the Advanced Technique generates a flow of subtle energies from the body’s interdimensional space into the KA (the energy body) and from here into the cells of the physical body via the mitochondria and then into the DNA. I have no way to determine, for the record, if this is what is actually occurring. I am only reporting what the Hathors told me about it when I asked them some pointed questions about my personal experiences with the method.
They say that the energizing of the KA/mitochondria/DNA will spontaneously reveal insights into the process and nature of ascension if the practitioner works with this technique long enough.
And this is the crux of the philosophical dilemma. The Advanced Technique alters inner perception in such a way that you will experience the non-localized (i.e. transcendent) aspects of your being as well as the localized aspects.
Furthermore, it creates a bridge between the aspect of you that is embodied and the aspect of you that is transcendent to your embodiment. One of the effects of this bridge in consciousness is that you bring into your body some very potent energetics from the aspect of you that is transcendent to your body.
I would not suggest this technique to anyone who believes in a schism between matter and spirit or who thinks there is a battle between the spirit and the flesh. This technique is, at its most fundamental level, about spiritualizing matter. And if that is not something you are interested in, I would not advise engaging this technique at all.

A PROFOUND LESSON

I learnt a rather profound lesson in the last 12 hours that relates directly to the message of ‘Appreciation’ from the Hathors.

Last night, the ABC aired the documentary film ‘The Cove’. This film deals with the exposure of the mass killing of dolphins, in a hidden cove near a small village in Japan. I love Dolphins and Whales. These highly intelligent creatures, which are closely connected with Sirius, emanate such joy and wisdom that it seems incomprehensible that anyone would wish to deliberately hurt and kill them. I knew this film would probably have some difficult moments, but I felt that I should inform myself about what was actually going on.

In this instance, for me personally, I was wrong about that. The images of the wholesale slaughtering of these beautiful creatures, as the water became deep red with blood, caused me huge distress. By the time the movie was over, my body was rigid with stress, my neck and shoulders transformed into what felt like solid concrete. On waking this morning, my body still felt like it had been on a rack. It took me two hours of meditation, movement and sound, to unravel the stress that had embedded itself in my muscles and solar plexus.

This was a huge lesson for me, and confirmation of an understanding that has been taking hold for some time. I think it has become imperative for us to start making very conscious choices about what we expose ourselves to in life. We are energetic beings……EVERYTHING affects our frequency and our vibration. We are already bombarded daily by messages and images of fear and violence and abuse. This inevitably affects our energetic and electromagnetic fields. To counteract this bombardment of our senses, I think that where possible, we need to start making very specific choices about what influences we expose ourselves to. If we wish to experience beauty and peace and harmony in our lives, then we must learn to surround ourselves with things of beauty, peace and harmony. If you immerse yourself in images and experiences of fear, violence and abuse, you will just attract more of that into your life.

What is absolutely critical for us and our beloved planet right now, is for us to raise our vibration. Despite my deep admiration for the passion and commitment of these activists who risked their lives to make ‘The Cove’, watching this documentary did not serve to raise my vibration. Instead, the incredible distress I experienced at seeing the fate of the dolphins, shut down many of my body systems. This will not necessarily be the case for everyone who watches the film of course – I am speaking of my own very personal experience of the material.

As I slowly released the physical stress from the muscles this morning, I felt huge gratitude and appreciation in my heart for the dolphins who once more, had taught me something invaluable and also for the filmmakers, whose great love for these creatures, have made it possible for myself and others to grow and learn from the plight of these magnificent creatures.

This experience made me truly and deeply understand, just how we take experiences and emotion INTO OUR BODY. Our cells literally take on emotion physically….and they hold on to it. How many other incidents such as this has my body taken on since childhood, without my having any conscious awareness of how has affected me? How many such incidents are still affecting my health and wellbeing?

They say ‘you are what you eat’. You are also what you think, feel and experience! The time has come I believe, for us to start making more conscious choices around the health of our body, mind and spirit. That is growing up…..that is growth.

As we contemplate things of beauty and steep ourselves in the energy of appreciation and harmony, we too may come to experience the pure, unadulterated joy the Dolphin exudes, as he bursts forth from the water, somersaulting through the air with a smile of bliss!

THE EMERALD ISLE

Speaking of things of beauty…..this is where I will be next week! The photo below is taken from a look-out point close to my family home on Lough Erne, Co. Fermanagh in N.Ireland. It is a very beautiful spot as you can see. It’s said that the lake has 365 islands – one for every day of the year!

There are many echoes of an ancient past around Lough Erne. Devenish Island contains one of the finest ancient monastic sites in Northern Ireland. A round tower thought to date from the 12th century is situated on the island, as are the walls of the Oratory of Saint Molaise who established the monastery in the 6th century. It became a centre of scholarship and although raided by Vikings in 837 and burned in 1157, it later flourished as the site of the parish church and St Mary’s Augustinian Priory.

The famous ‘Janus’ figure stands on another island – Boa Island. This two sided figure with pear shaped heads, has the male figure pointing towards the East face and the carved female side facing West. It is regarded as one of the most enigmatic and remarkable stone figures in Ireland. It is called a Janus-figure because it has two faces, reminding some of the Roman two-headed deity Janus. However, it’s not a representation of Janus. It is thought to represent a Celtic deity In Celtic culture, heads were very important because they were thought to contain a person's spirit after their death.

Just by being back in this place, I will be steeped once more in an ancient Celtic past. Growing up, one has little time for such things but now I find it quite fascinating! These sites remind me that we are all part of a long, ancestral line, which contained much beauty and wisdom.

As I am on an Irish theme, I shall conclude with an Irish Blessing!
